Training instructors from the Mid-South Carpenters Training Trust Fund took a few days to stop and sharpen their skills. The group, led by Training Director Rickey Moore (back row, far right), participated in a training conference at the UBC's International Training Center in Las Vegas, NV.
Strategies learned through the interactive, comprehensive conference agenda will enable Mid-South trainers to hone presentation, technical, safety, and communication skills in order to effectively train union carpenters and millwrights in the skills needed on job sites.
