Our instructional staff is a dedicated collection of professionals who take great pride in their work. Each apprentice's success is also the success of our staff.
Here, our Middle Tennessee Training Center's Interior Systems Instructor, Carlos Salmeron-Garcia, celebrates the success of Nashville Local 223 member Luis Galvez. Luis entered the Interior System's training program in August of 2022 and completed his training recently to become a journeyman interior systems mechanic. Luis' success is a milestone for Instructor Carlos, who joined the MSCRCTTF as an instructor around the same time as Luis joined. This is Carlos' first (of many) students that he trained from start-to-finish in the rigorous interior systems training program.
As of March 2024, the program is training 122 apprentices as interior systems mechanics, and the program continues to grow every year!
